| Development and Testing of FieldAgent Complete |

| Binspy Systems R&D has completed the development phase for the FieldAgent and FleetSpy location management system and is now in the testing phase. The FieldAgent product is a mobile client application for Series 60 mobile phones. The FleetSpy package is the fleet management web application. |
